Tips On How to Get Rid of Love Handles

Now there are many ways you can get rid of love handles. Exercise and diet is one of the best ways to get rid of love handles.

I will be posting a few tips on how to get rid of love handles.

  • Eat only when your hungery. Don't eat because you're bored and you want to eat.
  • If your eating at home, take smaller portions to eat. Go and get more if your still hungery.
  • When snaking, don't eat from a large contaner, bowl or bag. Remove the amount you want to eat.
  • Eat at home more often. You can give yourself smaller portions at home.
  • Don't eat infront of the Television. When most people eat infront of the Television, they tend to eat larger amounts.
  • Avoid sodas and juices. They are empty calories and contain mostly sugar.
  • Exercise more. Get an exercise program and do it. Find time to do it. Enjoy it.
